Jarrod Hamilton
Commercial Sales and Finance Manager
Jarrod Hamilton has over 20 years of experience in sales leadership and business development, focusing on material handling equipment and financial growth strategies. With a strong entrepreneurial mindset, he has held executive roles that drive profitability and client relationships at Fleet Financial. Outside of work, Jarrod spends time with his wife and three children at sports tournaments. A proud Texas A&M graduate, he passionately follows SEC football and has a background in motocross racing.
Stan Kaizer
VP of Finance
Stan Kaizer has 25 years of experience in automotive sales and finance. At Fleet Financial, he oversees sales and finance operations. Stan is dedicated to assisting customers in the owner-operator business to achieve a more prosperous financial future for themselves. He is passionate about building a positive team, cultivating a strong company culture, and delivering exceptional customer service.
Don Newberry
CFO
Don Newberry is an experienced financial and operational leader who is currently the Chief Financial Officer at Fleet Financial. He leads several departments and has over 25 years of experience in the mining & metal industry. Don holds a Bachelor of Commerce in Accounting from Ottawa University, has an MBA in Global Management from the University of Phoenix, and is a Chartered Professional Accountant/Certified Management Accountant (CPA, CMA).

Chief Executive Officer
Chris Andrews is the Chief Executive Officer of Fleet Financial where he leads with a blend of experience and vision for the heavy truck and equipment finance industry. Chris has over 14 years of heavy truck sales enterprise leadership experience and is dedicated to driving Fleet Financial’s company growth while ensuring personalized financial solutions for hard-to-finance equipment. Committed to excellence and community impact, Chris fosters a culture of innovation and service within the organization.
